I'm looking to be the web gardener of an organization, growing and maintaining their online presence.

As a web artist and designer I see an online presence as an infrastructure for collaboration and a space for cultivating a community. I believe such a structure could and should help a small org sustain and flourish and I would like to dedicate part of my time to such a contributor role.

The perfect organization match

• Aligned values: This could be a social or environmental cause or just a place that impacts people in a positive way. It should be an org that puts useful things out into the world that respect people's time and attention.
• Flexibility & trust: I do my best work in a trusting supportive environment. I require flexibility in how and where I work to be the most productive.
• Small team: 2-10 people
• Funded: The org should have a sustainable funding strategy, offering sufficient compensation so that I won't need to take on freelance work.
• Time: 2-3 days per week

While I'm open to working or rethinking a pre-exisiting project, I'm excited about the possibility of creating something new from scratch. You could be a company, collective, or organization that is open to more experimental publishing or creating more of a sense of community around a product. I'm excited about concepting potential futures.
