Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep garlic, onion, and vegetables
  2. Place in large pot and cook on medium heat
  3. Add beans, coriander, and spices
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water
  5. Cut tortillas into strips. Fry until slightly brown and flip.
  6. Plate tortilla strips and cook chicken in the same pan.
  7. Cut or tear chicken into pieces
  8. Serve soup and top with chicken, torilla strips, and feta
