Tofu Balls

Instructions

  1. Wrap tofu in paper towels. Place heavy pot on top to drain liquid
  2. Crumble tofu
  3. Add parsley, Parmesan, salt and garlic powder. Mix well by hand
  4. Add egg and panko flakes. Mix well.
  5. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
  6. Place on greased baking sheet in oven and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Turn occasionally (10-12 minutes) to brown on all sides
