Tofu Balls
Ingredients
- 1 block of extra firm tofu
- 1 cup of parsley finely diced
- 1 cup panko flakes
- 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wrap tofu in paper towels. Place heavy pot on top to drain liquid
- Crumble tofu
- Add parsley, Parmesan, salt and garlic powder. Mix well by hand
- Add egg and panko flakes. Mix well.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet in oven and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Turn occasionally (10-12 minutes) to brown on all sides
