Lydia's herby couscous
Couscous base
- 1 cup couscous
- Pistachios, sun flower seeds, almonds, raisins, fresh dill, mint
Instructions
- Cook couscous
- Stir pistachios, sun flower seeds, almonds, raisins, fresh dill, mint into the cooked couscous
- Lightly toast nuts in oven at 350 degrees
Chickpeas with tomatoes sauce
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- Half can of Marzono crushed tomatoes
- A spoonful of labneh
- Sprinkle of zaatar
Instructions
- Cook the chickpeas, tomatoes, and garlic in a pan
- Serve the sauce over the couscous base
- Top with labneh and zaatar
