Couscous base

Instructions

  1. Cook couscous
  2. Stir pistachios, sun flower seeds, almonds, raisins, fresh dill, mint into the cooked couscous
  3. Lightly toast nuts in oven at 350 degrees

Chickpeas with tomatoes sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 can of chickpeas
  2. Half can of Marzono crushed tomatoes
  3. A spoonful of labneh
  4. Sprinkle of zaatar

Instructions

  1. Cook the chickpeas, tomatoes, and garlic in a pan
  2. Serve the sauce over the couscous base
  3. Top with labneh and zaatar
