A little about me:

I'm an artist and organizer, currently working on projects like: HTML Energy, a web literacy project; Internet Phone Book, a physical directory to browse the handmade web; Special Fish, a text-only journaling website.

For the past 2 years I've been living in Rotterdam and working with the lovely friends at Extra Practice. Before that I lived in New York (6 years) and Oakland/SF (6 years). I studied painting & sculpture at California College of the Arts in Oakland, CA.

Alongside my art practice, I run a web design and development practice for small businesses and art institutions.

I enjoy being in nature, climbing, swimming (part of the reason for this move).

I'm a somewhat quiet person, though I can be quite social when I feel comfortable.

I love living with others. I like socializing with roommates if it happens naturally. I also like to have space and time to focus on my work.

I like a calm home environment, am respectful, and value direct communication.
