Modes
- dog mode - sitting in the park and just watching life happen
- badge mode - when you put on your lanyard and turn on your serious work face
- outer pulse mode - when you are high (caffeine, weed, or a good tune) and feel life energy moving around you
- inner pulse mode - when everything inside you is calm and you feel like you could die and it would be okay
- grounded mode - when you are in child's pose and your forehead is pressing into the sweaty mat. you feel body energy and melt mode
- melt mode - when you finally let go naturally and things ease
- laggy mode - when you take a long flight and you feel disconnected from your attachments and your soul is still catching up with your body
